These depend on your plot, so we price them after the site visit and before you sign.
A G+1 house usually takes 8 to 10 months once work starts. The handover date is written in your agreement.
An engineer visits your plot, takes measurements and understands what you need.
You get a detailed BOQ with every material, brand and quantity listed.
Floor plans, elevation, structural drawings and help with building permission.
Foundation, structure, masonry, plumbing, electrical and finishing, checked at every stage.
Joint inspection, snag fixing, documents and keys, with your warranty certificate.
These are clauses in our construction agreement, not just lines on a website.
Your BOQ is fixed when you sign. The amount only changes if you ask for something different.
No large advance. You pay for each stage after it's finished and checked.
If we miss the handover date for reasons in our control, we pay your monthly rent until we hand over.
Our engineers sign off steel, shuttering, concrete, plumbing and electrical before the next stage begins.
A project manager you can call directly, from the first day to handover.
10 years on the structure, and 2 years on plumbing, electrical and waterproofing.
Useful if you're working, travelling or living abroad. You don't have to visit the site to know how it's going.

It depends on your plot, the number of floors, the design and the package you choose. We visit your site for free and send an itemised quote within 48 hours.
Items that depend on your plot, like the compound wall, sump, borewell, stilt parking and lift, are priced separately. You'll see them in the quote before you sign.
Usually 8 to 10 months from the start of work for 2,000 to 2,500 sq.ft. Your handover date goes in the agreement.
Yes. We prepare the drawings and documents and support you through the approval process.
Payments are linked to stages: foundation, each slab, brickwork, plastering, finishing and handover. Each one is due only after that stage is complete and checked.
Yes. Many of our customers are NRIs. You'll get daily photos, regular video calls and a single point of contact.
